ABOUT ME

Yadi Zhang is an imaginative and dynamic international contemporary dance artist of the new generation. She grew up training in traditional Chinese dance, and Yadi transitioned to contemporary dance at the age of 11. She graduated from the prestigious Shanghai Dance School in 2022 and initially pursued her college education at the Beijing Dance Academy. Later that year, she decided to continue her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee.  Based in both Boston, MA, and Shanghai, Yadi brings a unique fusion of cultural and artistic influences to their work, pushing the boundaries of contemporary dance.
